I've gained nothing but I can tell the differents. Gym room haven't been re arrange yet, but next two days would be my first two days of off from work. Gonna re arrange the gym room and start huffing and puffing again.

Saw this skullcandy headphones at a local distributor last week. Kinda enticing eh? But the things is, I don't own any mp3 or music player. Maybe I should buy one next time to motivates me to start run outdoor?
