My doomed workout regime

My last running was last week. Clocked 6.2 km in 45 minutes with steady pace at 8 km/h for 12 minutes and 6 km/h for three minutes for 3 sets.

But my weight lifting regime are a month ago. My abs workout also a month ago. Is it already doomed? Maybe I will need Hemo Rage. Just see this hemo rage reviews. Hemo Rage even states the ability to take a workout where no man has ever gone in the past. WOW!

I'm too skeptics about it but who know it will work out well to you. I will stick to my own time and burn it slowly so that I don't get the flabby skin effect for losing weight to fast.
