I suppose to update and post up something yesterday but I was too tired and my eyes can’t really fully open last night (imagine, Garfield). This is what happens if you don’t get enough sleep.
So this is what happens to me yesterday. I escape from my work to accompany my father to search a set of new rims for his car. The car performance was totally different from it's previous that I last sent the car to the workshop for the upgrade.
Let me post up the picture of the whole progress of the upgrade.
The old engine. When you press the clutch pedal, you can hear knocking sound. There are once, the gear kick back from 1st gear to Neutral when I was driving down from CenterPoint car park.
Close up on the disk. Actually my dad reluctant to install this but the mechanic insist my father to put t since he really concern our safety since this engine is really powerful and fast.

Now with my registration to the mushroom course, now I must plan on how to make an online business. First, I’m going to setting up a domain. I think leemushroom.com will be just great. Second, I need to find a great graphic designer to design my website layout. After that, I must run a shopping cart software for the website.
Every online shop must have this software (have you ever see a supermarket without shopping cart?). I found it much easier to use Ashop.com.au software. No hassle, no problem. Hey, they also provide everything to setting up my online business. That is from design services to domain registration and also got lots of tips there. I might as well set up my online business there a. I don't have to search a web designer anymore. Great, they will save me lots of time. Now I must get started.
How about you? Don’t waste time anymore. Hurry....

Now I think I’m getting serious with my mushroom things. Please don’t laugh when you see the picture below.
That’s why I was kind of late posting last night Bloggers meet (nvm, they already done it for me hehe..). At lest, I already paid then I have no excuse that I must miss the course. Going there is not a problem, but getting a parking was a nightmare. Imagine if you have to park outside the building compound and there is no other alternative.Monday, October 29, 2007 | | 6 Comments

Yet again, this is going be very useful for me when my mushroom project is becoming successful. (Now I keep bragging about it huh? Very annoying) When the entire mushroom are being harvest, to sell it, I must at lest own a van to transport it to my entire seller. But as we Malaysia say, Malang Tidak Berbau (which is means “Accident Have No Smell” in direct translate to English or to be precise means “Shit Happens!”) so I still need an insurance for my van.
Here comes the savior. In Autonet, I can get the most Cheap Commercial Van Insurance that I can get. It is the lowest price that they guaranteed or your money back. Also you can get special discounts up to 70% off new policies. Great!
If you can find cheaper van insurance, with the same level of cover, we'll quite happily give you a refund - no problem!*Now I wish that I can get this great offer in my hometown.

After checking to my PayPerPost account this morning (after waiting for 4 days), finally it's a good news for me.

I find it rather strange that in UK you can make a loan so easily than in Malaysia. In Malaysia, you need to go to the respective bank and enquire their about their loan service that their bank provided. Then you have to prepare your loan proposal and have to submit lots of document to support your loan application. It is a nightmare for those who want to make a loan.
Not in MagicLoans.co.uk, you can try to apply a loan online. You can straight away try to apply a loan application without the hassle to go there in person. Yes, you can do it at you comfy home or office computer table without queuing up at the banks and that will save you more time.
They provide loans such as HomeOwner Loans, Consolidation Loans and Secured Loans. So, UK people, acts fast.
Hmm.. Luckily they are not in Malaysia. If they are, I will try to apply loans through them for my mushroom project.
My eyes catch this word on their website.
THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT.

One Night 4 College Students Were Playing Till Late Night And Didn't
Study For The Test Which Was Scheduled For The Next Day.
In the morning they thought of a plan. They made themselves look as
dirty and weird with grease and dirt. They then went up to the Dean and
said that they had gone out to a wedding last night and on their return
the tyre of their car burst and they had to push the car all the way
back and that they were in no condition to appear for the test.
So the Dean said they can have the re-test after 3 days. They thanked
him and said they will be ready by that time.
On the third day they appeared before the Dean. The Dean said that as
this was a Special Condition Test, All four were required to sit in
seperate classrooms for the test.
They all agreed as they had prepared well in the last 3 days.
The Test consisted of 2 questions with the total of 100 Marks.

Q.2. Which tyre burst ?……………( 98 MARKS )

MANSFIELD, Ohio - A couple won't mark their 27th anniversary until Thursday, but they've already received the perfect gift: the wedding pictures they couldn't afford when they married as teenagers. Their photographer showed up last week at the diner where Karen Cline works and surprised her with a photo album from her big day in 1980.
"About a month ago, I was just cleaning out some of my old things and I found it," said photographer Jim Wagner, who's now 80. "I knew she didn't have any money back then, and I just thought she might like to have it."
"I just stood there and cried and cried and hugged him," Cline said afterward, tearing up again.
She recalled being a new bride at 18 and admiring the pictures, but feeling heartsick because she and her husband, Mark, who was 19 at the time, didn't have $150 to pay for them.
All these years, the Clines have had just one wedding picture that someone else took, of her walking down the aisle.
Wagner said he was able to track down Karen Cline after running into her stepfather a few weeks ago.
When the photographer showed up in the diner, she wrote him a check for the long-awaited $150 — and that's when he cried, she said.

Since my last post about doing a business, not long after that, my best friend called me from Kuala Lumpur. He asks me if I have any plan on doing any business. I just answer him that I still thinking about doing one but still didn’t have any idea on what kind of business that I want to do. Then he asks me if I’m interested on working on his vacant land. Well, I said, let me think about what kind of business that we can do to it.
So I ask my wife to ask her relative who works at Jabatan Pertanian (Farm Department) on how their department can help us to start a farm. The relative ask us to submit the land photo and ask an official to come to the land and make a test of the soil. This test will determine of what kind of plant that are suitable to be planted there. He also tell us that we should start rearing duck and sell salted duck eggs as there is high demand on the product.
To be honest, rearing animals such as chickens and ducks is very hard as you have to keep the place clean and have to take care of their health apart from their stinking excrete. So, rearing animals are out from the list.
In one magical day (hehe..), I read an article on a local newspaper about this guy who are jobless after quitting his job at Kuala Lumpur and spend his time helping his family tending their paddy field. Live at only a meager salary, he started to search other things to do. One of his Chinese friends recommends him to start a mushroom farm. To make the long story short, now he earn RM5000 (approx USD1485) per month. *A bulb shining brightly* I say to myself “This is fun!”
So, immediately, I start up my computer and started to make a research about it. As soon as I type “projek penanaman” (Farming project in english) in Yahoo search engine, the word “projek penanaman cendawan” (Mushroom farming project) came up first!
So this is what makes me really interested to it now. A blog on Mushroom Farming at projekcendawan.blogspot.com. Also stated there is a course on Mushroom farming that will be held in November. This is great!
Details as below :
ZON SABAH KURSUS PENANAMAN CENDAWAN ANJURAN KOPERASI PEMBANGUNAN DESA(KPD) SABAH Tarikh: 20-22 November 2007
Masa: 8.00 Pagi - 5.00 Tghari

Penceramah: Puan Jamilah Lee, Pengurus Pembangunan Cendawan, KPD Sabah
*Untuk mendaftar/Keterangan lanjut, sila hubungi Urusetia Kursus KPD di talian 088-291315 (Pn. Amelia) @ 088-291319 (Pn. Rosmiah)
*Daydreaming mode ON*
I can open up an online shopping and I can supply my mushroom to whole wide world. Ultimately I have to get a website running and shopping cart software running. How about LeeMushroom.com this time?
*Daydreaming mode OFF*
Now the question is, am I willing to leave my cozy computer table and chair to a cold, dark and damp mushroom house? Just let the time tell.
p/s: I will sign up for the course and already taken leave on the course date. :P

I wanted to post about this yesterday but my "Edit HTML" and "Compose" button are missing. Tried to refresh for a few times but still didn't get any changes. I tried login in my account at home using my home pc last night and there is no problem with it. Since I only use office laptop to update (whole article that I write are in Microsoft word document and some picture saved in the laptop) I assume the problem are solved and didn’t bother to update.
This morning, I tried again using my laptop and the problem still there. Tried to read Bloggers.com FAQ but I still didn’t find any answer. I even reinstall back the Mozilla Firefox but it is still didn’t solve the problem. Finally I solved it by clearing the private data. (Firefox – Tools – Options – Privacy – Clear Now).
Now back to the story.
Yesterday, after looking jealously at others dot com personal domain (I have to admit, Azel. I was jealous looking at your blogsite :P ) and after a heartbreak looking at the PayPerPost opportunities that are so limited for me, I decided to buy my own domain. Thanks to Smorty, my ads were approved by them and finally I’ve got my first online payment that I truly earn from blogging.
I’ve been promising myself since I started blogging to buy a dot com domain for my own blog soon after I’ve got my first payment.
From “leejb.com” (a Korean guy own it) to “jblee.com” (Chinese company already got it), all of them are already taken and obviously I can’t take “jbl.com” since JBL is a trademark brand. Since I use this “joyblee.blogspot.com” address at blogger.com, then why don’t I just use “joyblee.com”. Search it on Godaddy.com and found it still available. After a few clicks (the process quite long since I have to read all the instruction and the Terms), then it is done. I just applying a new domain name that cost USD 9.99/yr.
But, as Murphy’s Law say… “If anything can go wrong, it will”
Actually, I get some discount for the payment. Thanks for my habit of trying to get as much of knowledge from internet, I found out that I can get discount by searching those discount code for GoDaddy.com at CouponMountain.com. And I got myself a 20% discount (Am I genius?) hehhe… But not for long, I think I should be patient because this morning, I found out that my PayPerPost Review has been approved (worth USD20). Then again, am I a fool?
And the good news…
p/s I won’t be changing to this domain instantly since I have to know if I can change my website address at PayPerPost, Smorty and the rest of the ads company that I already joined. Also I have to figure out on how to make these changes on my blog.

One day the Pope is coming to America in his Limo and he said to the driver, 'Why don't you let me drive for once?' The driver thinks to himself, 'Well I can't say no to this guy, he's the pope.'
So the driver pulls over and they change places. The Pope was having fun, hauling butt down the freeway, dogging cars.
After a while the driver taps on the window and tells the Pope, 'slow down a bit, you might get pulled over.' The Pope says, 'Ahhh, don't worry about it, I'm the Pope.' So he rolls up the window and continues to drive very fast.
After a few moments he gets pulled over. The cop walks to the car and the Pope rolls down the tinted window. The cop sees the Pope and says, 'oh, I, ehhh, sorry, can you hold on a minute.' The Pope says, 'Sure.'
The cop walks back to his car and radios back to the station. He says, 'guys I just pulled over some one really important.' They ask who, 'The President?.' 'No more important.' 'The president of another country.' 'No more important.'
'An ambassador.' 'No even more important.' 'Well who is it?' 'I don't know, but the Pope is the chauffeur.'

Today, on the news, Ringgit hit a 10-year high yesterday, matching its December 197 peak 3.3600 against the green-back, as US dollar continued to fall globally. Finally we reach our old glorious and prosperous year. It’s kind of luxury, you know. But I think, it’s not like last 10 years where fuel (a.k.a petrol and diesel) is cheaper and things are also at reasonable price. Now even necessity things also at exorbitant price. Blame it to the government. We produce crude oil but we have to pay higher to get processed oil. Following the oil price, traders also have to raise their product price and hit directly to consumer. But government sector are luckier. Now and then, the salary will be raise and soon, follow the prices at shops. Those who work at private sector, doom to be miskin (poor) until the next life.
Well, it’s more like a rant but this is the truth.
Much more, bad news for blogger who earn at USD, that we (blogger) earn slightly less now than they (I have not yet join their club :P ) earn last 7-8 months ago.
So, happy blogging.

This is listed in my hidden wish list. I don’t have a big 31’ inch TV (neither it is plasma or LCD) but I do have a small 15’ inch TV that was given from my mum since my dad bought two (yes two!) 29’inch for their bedroom and living room entertainment. (Soon after my dad bought the TV sets, he found out that LCD TV, even it is quite expensive, are more space saver, he went mad about it for a month) :D
I am DVD collector but usually I just use my pc to play them. Last time, it was a pain in the -you know what I mean- to watch them but since the last few month, I upgraded my old timer (that is the 14’ inch CRT monitor) to a stylish 17’ inch LCD monitor. It’s been a good, clear and bigger view since the upgrade.
But now, another problem arises. I only have one computer in my room and my laptop (not exactly my laptop) are at the office, my better half (that is my wife) also wanted to use computer to access her email and surf the internet, usually, when I want to watch my favorite DVD and she doesn’t interested with the title that I’m going to watch. My wife likes to watch horror movies and I’m a war movie buff. I have to admit that I’m such a ‘chicken dead’, I don’t watch horror movie with her always and she always retaliate by wanting to use the computer.
Today, I found the ultimate solution. I really mean it. A portable 10 inch DVD player will do just right. Although it is rather small, well, I can watch my favorite DVD without disturbing wifey time on the computer. And she doesn’t have to drag me to watch with her hers’ horror DVD. And more of it, we can watch DVD anywhere we want, even inside our small car. I saw it here at DigitalFramez. Even the digital frame is interesting. Hmm...
Now, definitely it will be my on my Christmas present wishing list.
Brought to you by Smorty

Nothing much that I do today except doing a 'casing' transplant for a slightly chipped RX-Water machine.
This is the new set and I have to take all of the 'intestine' out and attempt to take the serial number sticker without ripping it.
The intestine
The set that I need to change the casing.
The underside.
My attempt to 'pry' open the sticker. Well, it was successful and I totally forgot to take the picture of it. Anyway below are the sample of the things after installing all of the things back.
See, the water quality are not enough clean for us to just use it straight from the tap.
Almost like real but only in the picture. By the way, the pen that I use are not suitable for the 'weathering'. The paint were too thick and will hide the plane rivet detail.Thursday, October 18, 2007 | | 2 Comments
