Lack of sleep may be deadly

Anyone out there, did you get this lazy hard-to-get-up feeling soon after you wake up in the morning? Did you party and clubbing hard enough till you come home very late and the next morning have to wake up very early to go to work? If you did, how many hour that you spend for sleeping everyday?

>According to research, if you sleep for less then 7-8 hours a day, you are more than twice as likely to die of heart disease and the reason are unclear.

"A third of the population of the UK and over 40 percent in the U.S. regularly sleep less than five hours a night, so it is not a trivial problem," he said in a telephone interview.

"The current pressures in society to cut out sleep, in order to squeeze in more, may not be a good idea -- particularly if you go below five hours."

WHAT? Heart disease? Luckily, if my sleep were been disturbed, I will try to replace the hour as soon as possible since if I get up early in the morning without enough sleep, I tend to be sick. So for those out there, cukup-cukup kan tidur anda (get enough sleep). Hahaha...
